Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK Customers)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within this 14-day period.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:

In resalable condition

All tags and seals intact
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that have been used, opened, or returned in an unsellable condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Opened or used padel balls

Apparel that has been worn, washed, or had tags removed

Items returned without original packaging

Promotional or bonus items included within subscription boxes

Gift cards
For hygiene and performance reasons, we cannot accept returns on any balls once the sealed packaging has been opened.
4. Subscription Orders
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via your account dashboard before the next billing date.
Once a subscription order has been processed for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
7. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
