2. How are the products sourced?

We partner directly with trusted padel brands and verified distributors across the UK and Europe. Every item is authentic, performance-tested, and chosen for quality, consistency, and value. No replicas, no seconds — just top-tier gear.

3. What’s inside each box?

Each box level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) includes a set combination of balls, grips, and extras tailored to your playing frequency. Advanced boxes may include bonus mystery apparel or accessories exclusive to subscribers.

4. How does the subscription work?

Choose your preferred box once — we’ll deliver it to you automatically every month. You can change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

5. How much is shipping and where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across the UK. Standard delivery is included in your subscription price, and boxes are shipped in monthly batches to keep costs low and reduce waste. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order leaves our fulfilment centre.

6. Can I return or exchange items?

Due to the nature of subscription boxes, returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items. If something arrives in less-than-perfect condition, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it — no hassle.

8. When will my box arrive?

All orders are shipped once per month. If you subscribe before the 15th, your first box ships in the same month; if after, your first box ships the following month. You’ll always get an email confirmation and tracking update when it’s on its way.
